1) Use of the service

You may use MyWorryCheck for personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate laws or the rights of others.

2) No professional advice

Outputs are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. You are responsible for your decisions and actions.

3) Purchases & lifetime access

If you purchase a Lifetime Deal, it is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the core product as offered at time of purchase. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product/service offering, not your lifetime.

No subscriptions for lifetime purchases.
Fair use: excessive automated or abusive usage may be limited to protect service reliability.

4) Refunds

We offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact support within 30 days of purchase for a refund. After 30 days, all purchases are final.

5) Availability & changes

We work to keep MyWorryCheck available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary (e.g., security, performance, or compliance).

6) Intellectual property

The MyWorryCheck site, branding, and software are owned by MyWorryCheck (or its licensors). You retain rights to the text you submit.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyWorryCheck is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
